My healthcare organisation offers care services that adhere to demanding internal quality standards, although there are no official certifications. Is it possible to request QH Accreditation?

QH Accreditation recognises those public and private healthcare organisations that, concerned with quality, have decided to manage their processes and procedures on improving care, and have obtained the official certifications to prove it. For this reason, having one or a number of official certifications is an essential condition for requesting QH Accreditation. Without this, the Audit Committee responsible for awarding the QH Accreditation would not be able to compare the information received via the Self-assessment Form.

The institution I represent is composed of a group of centres. Can I request group accreditation or do I need to do it by centre?

In general, the request for QH Accreditation should be filled in by centre. For this, simply hover over "My Profile", and click on "create new organisation" for each centre you wish to assess. This does not need to be done at the same time, or even on the same date; you can save it and come back to it whenever you wish. Group QH Accreditation may only be requested by organisations that hold global certification where each and every centre that they wish to accredit is listed.

I've registered but I haven't received the password via email. What should I do?

If, after checking your "inbox", you have not received the email containing the single-use password, check your "junk" folder. If you have still not received this information after checking these folders, please contact us to see if there could be a technical issue.

Can I fill in the Data Form and the Self-assessment Form at different times?

Yes, it's possible to fill in any of the documents mentioned at different times. Simply click the "save" option and when you're ready to go back into the document it will return to the section where you left it.

The Self-assessment Form doesn't allow me to type the answers.

Your browser may not be updated. We suggest that you install the latest version or use another web browser and if the problem persists, contact us to see if there could be a technical issue.

The Data Form does not let me add more certifications.

This document allows the inclusion of ten certifications. Since it is unlikely that an organisation would have more than this number of certifications, please make sure that you are using one line for each of them. If you have various certifications under the same stamp (e.g. ISO 9001 for various services), you should put the name of the certification in the "Name" section and underneath in "Scope", include all the services that are accredited under this certification (one under the other). Next, in the section "Year of accreditation", put the oldest date and in the "Validity date", put the date that the newest expires.

I've finished the request for QH Accreditation. Will the assessment be audited?

Since you completed the Self-assessment Form using the official certifications held by your organisation, it is not necessary for IDIS to audit what has already been audited by the certifying bodies.

It's possible that my organisation may obtain a new certification before the call for submissions is closed. Would it be possible to include it once the request process has been finalised? What would I have to do?

Yes, you can add it to your Data Form from "My Profile" and then click "Save". You can also send the new certification acquired through the platform itself or via email to the following address: administracion@acreditacionqh.com. If you believe that the new certification may change the responses you provided in the Data Form, please contact us so that we can resend you the Self-assessment Form. If you believe it will not have any effect, as the questions were answered using your other certifications, it will not be necessary for you to do anything further.

Some of my organisation's quality certificates expire before the call for submissions is closed. Can I include them?

Yes, you can include them if they are going to be renewed. In this case, once you have the new certifications, send them to the email address administracion@acreditacionqh.com.

My organisation has some prizes for quality. Should I include them in the Data Form?

The Audit Committee has made the decision not to consider prizes, decorations or awards.

My organisation already has QH Accreditation but has since gained some additional quality certificates. Is it possible to request it again and get a higher level?

Yes, it is possible. Each time a new call for submissions is opened, every organisation that already has QH Accreditation at any level will receive an information email about the same, except organisations that already hold the highest level QH***.

What date does this call for submissions close? When will I know if my organisation has been awarded QH Accreditation?

In the "Information" section, the “Opening Calls for Submissions” section will contain all this information.

How long is QH Accreditation valid?

QH Accreditation is valid for two years, after which it is necessary to repeat the process.
